Where have you been!

Hello again!!!! I'm back! So sorry for the lack of contact of late, sadly I haven't been too well late and have been focusing mostly on getting better and my beautiful family!!! So when I say I have been unwell, it wasn't anything too serious! I was recently diagnosed with Neurocardiogenic Syncope! Big words that mean I pass out!! Since N3 was born I was having the odd fainting attack here and there, coming into late September - early October they were happening every couple of days!! And they would hit with no warning! Hubby had been nagging me to see a Dr but as a mum of three you tend to not have that much time on your hands! It wasn't until I passed out in the carpark of our local shopping centre, that I got enough of a fright that we went straight to the emergency department! They did tests that were inconclusive, as did my GP, I was starting to wonder if they were believing me!! Thankfully my concerned GP referred me to a Neurologist and he picked it up straight away! For those who have never heard of Neurocardiogenic Syncope, it is fault in the brain where the brain forgets to send a message to the arteries and in turn they expand and the blood flows too quickly resulting in me passing out! Very interesting how your body works!!! Thankfully there is medication to control it and I have been able to return to a normal life!! Thanks for the catch up and you'll be hearing more from me now!!
