Mikayla turns 8!!!

Today, my big girl Mikayla turned 8!!!! I am so proud of what a beautiful, smart and loving young lady she is turning into! We had a great time at the movies with a few friends and Zarah! We watched Kung Fu Panda 2 which the girls weren't overly sold on, but they loved hanging out eating popcorn and ice cream and lollies and I was happy to send them all home bouncing off the walls!!! Thankfully my two crashed in the car!!
Then this morning we met some friends at the pancake parlour and devoured some delicious breakfast with great company! We then went and had our Nana naps and moved on to Nunna's house for more food and cake! Oh and of course lots of presents!!!!!

D-day been and gone!

Here we are 3 days past my due date and still no arrival! I was anticipating having had her and be coming home from hospital today! Instead, I'm currently lying in a super hot bath trying to forget the pain my groin muscles are in! I was truly devastated when last Friday came and went! I certainly wasn't good company! But hubby did everything in his power to cheer me up! Not only was it the due date, I caught a cold off the kiddies! So I was in fine form! But instead of telling me to suck it up he organized the kids to be watched and dinner and footy with our friends! I was so glad he did that, it was exactly what I needed, even if I didn't think so at first!!!
